This desk was created in honor of a friend of Sergio and Vera Beatriz Rodrigues', the governor of the State of Guanabara, Carlos Lacerda. There are two drawers and two sliding planes in an orthogonal structure with buttons that highlight the fittings. If at the time the central sliding plane of the desk was the perfect space for a portable typewriter, today this space can hold a notebook or a tablet. The lateral plane over the drawers supports a cup of coffee, or accommodates photographs, images.
